Minneapolis Engagement Session

Kiersten + Tanner | St. Anthony and Main

Some love stories just feel effortless, and that’s exactly how it was spending the evening with Kiersten and Tanner. 🤍

These two traveled in from Eau Claire for their engagement session, and from the moment we started, it was so easy to see the history and comfort they share together. They first met in middle school and have been together since high school, which makes every interaction between them feel natural, grounded, and full of genuine connection.

Kiersten works at an architecture firm, Tanner is a game developer, and together they’ve built such a sweet life with their three cats and a shared love for traveling. Their favorite place they’ve explored together is Montreal, though they’re currently dreaming up honeymoon plans and considering Germany for their next adventure.

One of my favorite parts of the session was hearing what they’re most excited for on their wedding day. Tanner said he’s looking forward to seeing Kiersten in her dress for the first time, while Kiersten shared that she can’t wait to be surrounded by all of their favorite people celebrating alongside them. 🤍

These two will be getting married at the beautiful Van Dusen Mansion this August, and after photographing their engagement session, I already know their wedding day is going to be incredibly special.
