Yes. Engagement sessions are a favorite for many couples and are available as part of or in addition to your wedding photography package. Our couples love to use the photos to decorate their home, the wedding venue, and the bridal shower. Engagement photos are also wonderful for wedding guest signing books, photo displays and family gifts!

Yes. Every wedding includes both a second photographer and a dedicated logistics assistant, and both are there to elevate your experience in a meaningful way.

The second photographer captures additional angles of key moments throughout the day and focuses heavily on candid photos of family and guests, giving your gallery so much more depth and storytelling.

The logistics assistant is there to take care of you. They keep the day running on schedule, manage the shot list, help coordinate family formals efficiently, back up images from both photographers throughout the day, and help create the same-day slideshow, along with whatever else the day calls for. Think of them as the quiet force keeping everything seamless behind the scenes.

Completed galleries are delivered within 12 weeks, though most couples receive theirs well before that. You'll be notified as soon as your gallery is ready and delivered privately through your client portal.

For weddings, you can expect approximately 100 images per hour of coverage. Portrait sessions are delivered at around 50 images per hour. Every gallery is carefully curated to include the full story of your day — the big moments, the quiet ones, and everything in between.

In the unlikely event that I'm unable to be there, I will personally arrange for a trusted, professional photographer to step in and cover your day. I will then edit all of the images myself, so your gallery still reflects my style and the experience you hired me for.

RAW files are not included or available for purchase. What you receive is a fully edited, professionally delivered gallery — every image thoughtfully processed to reflect the elevated, natural style LKW Photography is known for.

Yes, your gallery comes with full personal printing rights. That said, I also offer professional print products — albums, prints, canvases, metal art, and more — to ensure the quality, color accuracy, and integrity of your images are preserved exactly as they were intended to be seen.

Are there travel fees for destination weddings? For weddings within driving distance, travel fees are outlined in your contract. For destinations requiring flights, clients arrange and cover airfare and travel. Hotel accommodations are covered by the client for all travel. Every detail is discussed transparently before booking so there are no surprises.
