Client Services & Contracts
All photography services are governed by a signed client agreement provided through LKW Photography’s client management system (17hats). Information on this website is provided for general reference only and does not replace or override the terms outlined in an official client contract.
Booking & Payments
Photography dates are reserved only upon receipt of a signed contract and non-refundable reservation fee, as outlined in the client agreement. Pricing, collections, and availability are subject to change without notice.
SMS Terms & Conditions
By providing your mobile phone number to LKW Photography, you agree to receive SMS (text) messages related to your inquiry, booking, photography session, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and other customer service communications.
Message frequency will vary depending on your interactions with LKW Photography. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan.
Participation in SMS communications is voluntary. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you provide new consent. For assistance, reply HELPor contact LKW Photography directly.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing photography services.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. LKW Photography is not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery caused by your mobile carrier or other third-party service providers.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LKW Photography shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this website or from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Any liability related to photography services is limited to the amount paid under the applicable client contract.
Image Delivery & Archiving
Image delivery timelines, usage rights, and archiving policies are detailed in the signed client agreement. LKW Photography does not guarantee long-term image storage beyond the timeframe outlined in the contract.
