Courtney + Ben | Wedding

This one was extra special for me. I’ve known Courtney for years — from coaching her in volleyball, to taking her senior photos, to later getting to coach alongside her. She’s always been such a light to be around, so getting to photograph her and Ben’s love story was such a joy.

Even though they grew up in the same town and went to the same high school, their paths didn’t truly cross until years later when some mutual friends brought them back together. It didn’t take long to see how perfectly they fit. Both come from close-knit Catholic families — Courtney being one of four, and Ben one of eleven (and with a twin brother too!). Faith and family are such central parts of who they are, and it shows in the way they care for one another and the people around them. They love being outdoors, spending time with their families, and building a life grounded in what matters most. Photographing these two felt like celebrating not just a love story, but a shared foundation of faith, family, and joy.
